Most 'explanations' of conditions in poor countries explain nothing.
They reflect only the desires of the rich to find new buyers for their sophisticated product and technical expertise, and they blame the poor for their own poverty.
The truth is that poor countries and poor people are already pursuing the best strategy for their survival against the destructinevness of what is called 'aid'.
